Good Bones, but not fully fleshed out

Overall this kit is complete and satisfies the functional aspect, I was able to build a nevermore stealthmax v2 with the parts provided. However the lack of BoM, complete step-by-step assembly guide, printed parts guide, or errata capturing things changed in the kit compared to the BoM provided by either Nevermore or Central3dprinting makes this kit not beginner friendly.

The wiring guide was useful, except for the mismatch in microcontroller (my kit came with a waveshare rp2040 mini, which has a different pinout). I did not enjoy having to twist bare wires together and jamming them into a wagon, that felt fraught and frankly something that'd be ok in a DIY situation but I would have enjoyed having wiring ferrules on these bare wires considering this is a kit.

Speaking of which, the electronics chamber of this project is just a rats nest of wires, this is not so much the fault of the kit, rather that of the designer, but given that most of the connections are "homeruns" to the microcontroller a custom pcb would have been a welcome "feature" of the kit.

Which brings me to would I recommend this kit? Maybe, leaning towards no. Like (I suspect many customers considering this kit) I have a collection of leftover hardware from my voron build and probably source most of the hardware from that collection (and only have to order the fan, microcontroller, sensors, servo and acrylic panel). However much of the provided hardware is pretty nice (the umbilical is well built, though I am not a fan of my printer having a "rats tail" that is potentially prone to snagging, but that's again an issue more with the design, rather than the kit). If Central3dPrinting provided more documentation(+updated documentation) on assembly and what to print i think this would be a maybe. Add simplified/improved wiring with non-terminated stranded wires and a pcb for the electronics bay and this would be a recommended kit.
